This year’s program features Handel’s Messiah along with other beautiful holiday music. We're thrilled that Messiah will be accompanied by a live orchestra. It promises to be a wonderful way to celebrate the season through the joy of music! Prices: Advance - $15  At Door -  $20

 

First Steps | Today -  
12:00 - 1:00 PM  in Small Chapel
This class is for any newcomers to get to know each other, meet the leadership, and learn about the history, belief, and mission of First Christian. Lunch will be provided.

Christmas Project - Individual Kids Christmas Wish
We are partnering with PB&J to grant Christmas wishes for individual kids.  This Sunday only, there is a tree set up in the lobby with a card representing one child’s Christmas Wish. If you choose a child’s card, please purchase and deliver unwrapped gifts to the church no later than Sunday, December 14. We are storing the gifts in the chapel.

 

Small Group Christmas Project
For groups participating in the PB&J's Adopt-a-Family Christmas project, groups need to deliver all the gifts to the FirstABQ Chapel on Sunday morning, December 7.

Inner City Outreach Breakfast | Saturday December 13th 
FirstABQ will serve breakfast, coffee, and Bible study with those experiencing homelessness on Saturday, December 13. We need volunteers to help prepare food/coffee and help serve food onsite Saturday morning. We will serve food near one of the homeless encampments near I-40 and 1st Street. Christmas Card Exchange
In the lobby of the church, you will find a decorative wooden box with slots for each letter of the alphabet. Here is where you can exchange cards with other members. Check the boxes for your cards this Sunday!
