My Story
Ministry Residency
FirstABQ provides a setting for young ministry students to serve in student ministry, children's ministry, worship ministry or general ministry. This person should be formed by Jesus and maturing as a follower through training and ministry practice. These internships are seasonal or annual.
Formation Minister
FirstABQ seeks a full-time Formation Pastor to direct ministry: member mission engagement, guest response, new members, small group leaders, and general ministry. This person should be formed by Jesus with experience in leading others in following Jesus.
Worship Minister
FirstABQ is looking for one formed into the image of Jesus Christ with experience in leading others to follow Jesus through worship ministry.
Student Minister
FirstABQ seeks a full-time Student Pastor to equip students as maturing disciples of Jesus. This person is formed by the image of Jesus with experience in leading students and families in following Jesus.
